Hello Kevin The wife and I are thinking about selling our pokegma property2000 sf home on 10 acres 400 ft frontage ( can we split some of that off)for future build ? but the well is currently 49 ft deep shallow well on the south end of home and the septic on the north end according to previous owner is 25+ years old but both seem to work well let us know what you think steve & Becky
