Leader Lake is a 160 acre lake located in Douglas County. It has a maximum depth of 56 feet.  Fish include Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. The lake’s water clarity is very clear.   This lake connects to Bond Lake (293 acres) through a channel.  Depending on water levels.
